Aq9390 Posted March 12, 2025 #1 Posted March 12, 2025 Hello, I have been messaging live support from over 10 hours ago now regarding an issue I am facing and none of the staff has even acknowledged my messages on live support chat. I have sent emails as well and the same thing from that end too. Are there any live support representatives online today or all are on holiday because I don't think It's possible that in more than 10 hours not one representative has replied to my message. Very disappointing to have such service towards users. @Steve

May I know after being promised to solve my issue past 3 days why none of your or your colleagues from live support and email support are acknowledging my messages? It has been over 26 hours since I dropped messages on live chat and I have not gotten a reply. Care to explain why please?

I see these representatives active when i open the live support chat but none of them want to acknowledge. Day 2 of not getting any response from them. I really want to see how long they take to acknowledge my message and sort my issue. In total its been over 5 days now and this is how a million dollar so called "best online casino" treats their players. Good job @Edward @Steve Loving these treatment 😀 I dont understand the point of having a live support chat when they dont reply lol @Edward I am not the first person to complain about this and im sure I wont be the last one and this post too will conveniently be deleted to avoid any lashes towards stake 👍 Your support team needs some serious restructuring
