Blackjack bug Stealing from users

Hey guys, devs, and @Dan 

I have recently come across a situation, whereby the dealer gets a blackjack, and the player gets 21 (more than two cards), but the player still loses, even though it is a draw (the player should just get their money back, no win or loss). [This is definitely not a visual bug, as the balance after the game is reduced by the bet amount]

But this is not the case. The player still loses. I did the example below just to show and prove that the player does lose when this happens.

Here is an example:

Blackjack:800,200,725

Unfortunately, I only found out a few days ago, that support is giving refunds to the players when this situation occurs. I wish I still had the bet ID when this happened and I betted big.

But, most people do not know that they can claim a refund from support.

I really think this is unfair to the users that don't know they can contact support.

I hope this post reaches the developers and admins so this issue get fixed asap, so that people won't lose more money when this situation arises

Hello.

The thing is that the natural blackjack takes the advantage thus the outcome.

The visual glitch with the cards being bordered yellow will be fixed in the soonest time possible.

I am not sure why support were paying people back. Natural BJ at any Casino, beats 21. I have requested that the rules are available next to the game to help avoid confusion in the future.
