How do you guys know when to cashout or call it a day?

We have all been there. When you have been on a heater and 10x your deposit. Then all of a sudden you rip through it and start chasing it back. I struggle with cashing out and to not chase the losses. Do y'all have any strategies you use or can anyone give me any advices?

When I pushed my balance I like to put something in my vault and try to cool down a litte bit.

Just withdraw it with 2x win till it's limit to depo..and you done for a day💯 works for me though!
