It really seems like the quality of support has declined recently. Many people are reporting extremely long waiting times for KYC verifications, account suspensions, and denied withdrawals—often without a clear explanation. The Responsible Gambling support, in particular, appears to be very slow, and many players feel ignored.

 

On top of that, live support often provides only generic responses that feel like automated standard phrases—almost as if they were generated by AI like ChatGPT. Individual issues are rarely addressed properly, and most replies seem like simple copy-paste messages.

 

What has your experience been like in the past few weeks? Have you faced similar issues with support?
