Withdraw requirements after deposit

After i made a deposit, how much do i have to wager to be able to withdraw? Or how much time do i need to wait to be able to withdraw?

I always get the message "You dont have enough balance to do that.", even if i have more than 0.002 btc and the deposit transaction have a lot of confirmation on the blockchain.

Also tried to send 1 satoshi minus, just to be sure this wasn't a rounding problem. No success.

Hello

Minimum amounts for withdrawals are:

For BTC: 0.002 BTC (fee is 0.0001 BTC)

For LTC: 0.05 LTC (fee is 0.001 LTC)

For ETH: 0.04 ETH (fee is 0.0002 ETH).

You need to leave the funds on your balance to cover the expenses of the transaction fee, it is not deducted from the original amount  Text will be changed with the next update!

This is a big deal and tripped me up as well.
