Funds Freezed

I deposited INR 80000 on stake via 2 transactions on stake on 10 th March , The transaction was successful from my bank side ,I did it via UPI but transaction has failed in stake .I was told to wait for 7 business days but its been 15 days I have not yet received any refund or the deposit .It has caused gr8 inconvenience to me and my friends since it was our pooled money .Stake support claims that money has not reached their account. They told us to mail to payments@stake but its been 2 days we have not received any updates from them also. I have submitted my bank statements also .Kindly stake look into our case and solve it as soon as possible please.
