wehrm Posted March 25, 2025 #1 Posted March 25, 2025 (edited) Edit: I am informing anyone else who experiences the same thing, my money was returned to my account without any problems, I was able to withdraw successfully. Thanks Stake! ----------- Hello friends, I played on Stake for the first time and made a profit, I withdrew it to the Gate TR exchange as tron, but the exchange directly blocked it without asking the source of the money, etc., and rejected the transaction. I opened a support request and it said that the money would be returned to the address that sent it to my wallet, that is, Stake's wallet, within 2-3 days. I connected to Stake live support and when the money left there, I was told that I had to send an e-mail to the stake team, so that the money could be transferred to my stake trx account. So, as you can see, a very exhausting and troublesome process began. Now, with your permission, I would like to ask you a few things; 1- After Gate TR refunds the fee to the sender, will Stake transfer this money to my game account without any problems? 2- If this money is transferred, live support said that it will consider the money as a new investment and that I have to make a new turnover, is there any way not to make this turnover? After all, the money has not been transferred to me and the exchange is sending it back. 3- If I have to turn it over, how do you recommend I turn the money over? Should I turn it over again in slot games? Many thanks to everyone in advance. Edited March 26, 2025 by wehrm
GotSeven Posted March 25, 2025 #2 Posted March 25, 2025 (edited) If they returned to same address then stake has your coins already. Just you will need to prove all these transactions then they will investigate and credit it to your account on stake when you make a withdraw request stake uses another wallet to send you coins. You deposit address is different Edited March 25, 2025 by GotSeven
