Account Suspended from Promotions

I dont know why or how my account got suspended from promotions. I haven’t broke any terms and conditions that they have listed for promotions. All of a sudden one day i just did not receive my promotion bonus and got the email that my account is suspended because i did not act in good faith. Now when i reach out to [email protected] no ones gonna reply to me. I sent them two emails as of now and back to back heads up with no success. I don’t know at this point how do i even reach out to stake to solve my problem. Please if a mod can help, it would be great.
