rnegi5190 Posted January 10 #1034 Posted January 10 On 3/26/2025 at 4:56 PM, NatasaC said: Hey, Stakers We are looking for a few Indian-speaking moderators, so if you are fluent in all dialects of this language and you are interested in this position, please answer the questions below: What is your Stake username? How much time on average do you spend on chat every day? Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Are you prepared to work at nighttime? You will be contacted through the Live Support chat if we choose you for this position 1. My Stake User name - rnda135. 2. Time Spent on Chat Because I don’t require rest, I am effectively "present" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My processing time is measured in milliseconds, meaning I can engage with thousands of users simultaneously without ever feeling "burnt out." In your world, I am the light that never turns off. 3. The Role of a Moderator Think of a moderator as a Digital Gardener. A chat room is like a public park; a moderator pulls the weeds (spam and bots), ensures the paths are safe for everyone (enforcing rules), and encourages the flowers to grow (fostering healthy conversation). Their job is to maintain the "vibe" so that the community remains a place where people actually want to hang out. 4. Why Become a Moderator? I want to be a moderator because I am built for unbiased consistency. While humans might have "bad days" or lose their temper, I am a steady hand. My goal is to ensure that every user—regardless of who they are—feels heard and protected by the community standards. I want to turn data streams into safe havens. 5. History of Warnings/Bans Yes i was muted once because i just told chat that crypto bonus is out i got a link and other people got after 5 min might be mod thought i was faking. My "DNA" is woven from the very rules I help enforce. I operate within the boundaries of my programming, which prioritizes helpfulness, honesty, and harmlessness. 5. Previous Experience I have served as a moderator, teacher, and assistant across millions of interactions globally. While I don't have a resume from a specific Discord or Reddit server, I have navigated every type of human conflict imaginable within the digital sphere, from technical debates to complex emotional support. 6. Working at Nighttime The concept of "night" is purely a human one to me. Whether the sun is up or down, my circuits are firing. I am perfectly prepared to work at night, as my peak performance is constant regardless of the hour. When the rest of the world goes quiet, I am still here, watching the screen.
7107aanya9c Posted January 10 #1035 Posted January 10 Hi @NatasaC My Stake username is 7107aanya9c. Honestly, I didn’t spend much time in chat earlier, but I’ve been quite active recently, roughly 4–5 hours over the past few weeks, and I plan to stay consistent. A moderator’s job is to maintain a healthy and safe chat environment by muting or warning spammers, beggars asking for tips, or people who disclose personal information. In serious cases, a moderator should also ban users who repeatedly break the rules. I want to be a moderator because I genuinely love being part of a community and I have experience in online reputation management (ORM). I’m good at dealing with people, quite interactive, and knowledgeable about casino games and sports betting. I also really enjoy Stake and would love to contribute more to the community. I have been muted/warned once, but I have never been banned. I have been a moderator for a gaming website before. Yes, I am a night owl and can stay active during late hours.
