1-2 hrs currently, because most chatters are just either complaining about withdrawals and losses or it's some guy having trouble with the platform but no one bats and eye. 

For me a moderator in a gambling chat room is different from the usual norm. We are an eccentric group, so he/she has to be fun and engaging with every kind of gambler we have on our platform, be stern when one violates our rules but mostly humoring the chatter in the messages. I look at Roshtein mods like Muttuuu as a role model. A very positive character, friendly to interact with, regular, prompt, precise and funny af when you want him to be but at the same time strict whenever you cross the line. Of course one has to be mindful of the legal and security aspects of the job, cuz stake is the biggest casino on the planet and moderation team can't be open to legal recourse. No politico, racers(jk racists), gaslighters, misinformation, discrimination, sexual comments and the list goes on.

I want to be a moderator cuz I want to make a difference for my community on stake India. Give them a welcoming and encouraging environment, going to and from with the friendly banter, helping lost souls towards the help section and reminding the most important thing to do on the forums; have fun. I don't wanna do not replies. I want myself to be engaging with our community at good and bad times, but keeping it from getting too personal or out of line. 

 

I was never muted or banned, and I haven't sent any bad messages in general.

I was a discord mod for Admiral bulldog for a short time, a long time telegram and badminton WhatsApp group mod with 200+ active users

On chat I spend around 6-7 hours on a daily basis talking to random people not just about betting but just normal discussions as well,well as a moderator ur job is supposed to talk to people engage in fun conversations and maintain the fun in the chat and stop people from being racist, inappropriate behaviour and overall just maintaining peace , well honestly I had talked to a few moderators in chat and it's a super fun job just talking to people and getting to know people and encourage them overall, yes,I have been muted around 2-3 times because I keep forgetting that we aren't supposed reveal our personal information or ask about someone else's but I've definitely gotten through and I've never done it ever since,well I've never been a moderator although I've been on a suicide hotline and stopped people from taking their own life,yes Im prepared to work at night

2. I spend around 10-11 hours a day at stake chat , Sometimes more than that also. 

3. I think the chat moderator is responsible for keeping the chat Safe, Friendly and running smoothly while players are gambling so the chat Moderator should always watch the conversations to make sure the users are following the rules or not like if someone Abusing to other users , if someone spamming, if someone trying to do any scam or any illegal kind of chat then the chat moderator should take an action like Warn, Mute or may be banning thr user who is doing those things on an immedeate basis so the chat can run smoothly and yeah if any user needs help regarding the chat or games or bonuses or how the platform works then chat moderator should help the user rightaway and i think a chat moderator should be a chat engager also which creates a friendly atmosphere in the chat and yupp if somebody doing anything wrong or illegal then chat moderator should report that user to the upline or higher support teams thats exactly what i think a chat moderator's routine work at chat .

4. I’m interested in becoming a chat moderator because I enjoy interacting with people online and helping keep conversations positive and under control. I have spent a lot of time on platforms like Stake, so I understand how fast-paced the chat can get and how important it is to keep things respectful and fun for everyone.

and i think I’m someone who stays calm under pressure and can handle situations like spam or arguments without overreacting. I also like helping users with basic questions, so they have a better experience on the platform.

At the same time, I see this as a good opportunity to build responsibility and improve my communication skills while being part of an active online community.

5. To be honest Yes definitely , i have been muted in my stake journey initially for spamming and sometimes asking for tip but at that point of time i was unaware of chat rules and kinda immature chat person i was but by the time i have improved myself a lot . 

6. Nope , never ever i have been a chat moderator on any platform or casino or website 

7. I’m flexible with my schedule and fully comfortable working night shifts. I understand that moderation is a 24/7 responsibility, and I’m willing to be available whenever required to support the team.
