Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator’s job is to keep the chat safe, friendly, active, and respectful. Moderators help users, prevent spam/toxic behavior, enforce chat rules, and maintain a positive environment for everyone in the community. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I want to become a moderator because I genuinely enjoy being part of the Stake community and helping people. I am very active online, patient with users, and interested in creating a positive and respectful chat environment. I also want to grow with the community and gain experience while supporting both users and the Stake team. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, I was muted once because I used an inappropriate word without fully understanding the rules at the time. Since then, I have learned from my mistake, improved my behavior, and now always communicate respectfully with everyone in the chat. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? No, I have not been a moderator before, but I understand the importance of rules, responsibility, and professionalism. The job of a moderator is to control the environment of the chat room and maintain the curriculum and rules and be nice to everybody and not be biased. 4. Well becoming the moderator will give me more experience and it will help me understand more about the work of a chat room moderator. It will also boost my helping skills with others who may find answers to their questions. 5. No i haven't been warned or muted ever because i have always avoided breaking the rules of the chat room and always asked questions directly to the other mods who answered them very straight forwardly. 6. Well i have been and i am still a moderator on a discord channel of some stake affiliates and also on telegram. 7. Well there is no problem with me working during the night as my sleep schedule is very bad and i always stay awake during the night time because on discord and telegram most of the time zones are different so i keep myself awake. My username is: LordLemon16 I'm active in the chat for about 7-8 hours a day. (If you hire me, I'm willing to work longer hours.) Being a moderator isn't just about deleting messages or blocking users, but about deciding which behaviors deserve attention, which are ignored, and which disappear. Every intervention changes the group's atmosphere. A good moderator can get a hundred strangers to behave like a community; a bad one can turn it into chaos. I like Stake and want to take on a responsibility within the community. If I'm not mistaken, I've never been muted or blocked from the chat. No, only at my job, but not as a moderator, but as a group leader. Yes, I have an office job that allows me to always be connected to the Stake platform. I always have the chat open.

The job for the mods is to look the chat and check the other members while they are following rules or not if they are not then just give them mute first you have to warn them.. 4.Because i am the most active and known person in my room also i do mods job whenever they are offline and just give the names of the people who are not following rules in the challanges chat to the staffs and mods.. 5.I got mute many times i accept that because i was new and dont know about this type of things and just after i get to know everything about it i just started to follow the rules very clearly and became one of the friendly person of the chat.. 6.No, but i know the work of mods very well and how to run the chat and manage it.. 7.
