Hey there , Zxrounak here 

I don't usually spend much time in chat but I know very well how it works and what goes in there . As a moderator it is important not to let people create spam or do frauds , it is the job of a moderator to help the stakers to assist them in need and also keep the chat clean at the same time . As for being moderator of the chat , I want to connect more to the community and also want to know more about it . I would really love to stop people from doing the wrong thing in chat . As previously being banned , I now know how the system works and not to cause trouble, I know every rule now . 

I once applied for the post for moderator in roobet but was not selected. I usually gamble at night and am free most of the time , so it's really convenient for me to work at any time of the day wether it's 2 am in the morning or 12 at noon . I am fluent in a lot of dialect and language , so I'd be happy to work for the community and help to make it better .

As a moderator, your duties involve providing discussion topics, encouraging participants to share, removing unrelated or inappropriate content, answering questions, defining group boundaries and rules, and updating the platform. You also have the authority to decide what information is approved or removed.

I need a earning method as i have been gambling for a while and i wanna have a fix income too!

I have been muted for chat jumping once( I didn’t knew it should not be done😅)

I have never been a moderator (but i have been a class monitor) a strict one tho!

(2) I spend minimum 15 hours to 17 hours on chat everyday (apart from sleeping, my all time is spent on chat)

 

(3) In brief, the job of a moderator is to maintain healthy chat environment in the chat room by warning or muting those people who are not following the chat rules. Also, a moderator solves basic as well as advanced problems faced by chat members during chat or other basic to advanced queries of members.

 

(4) Because I think that I spend most of my time in Indian chat room as I mentioned above and I also report those people to moderators who are breaking rules of chat everyday, I will be fully able to maintain a healthy chat environment 24*7 in the chat room.I strictly respect all chat rules and I will maintain a great healthy chatroom environment daily upto my best levels !!

 

(5) Yes, I have been muted many times for basic things like caps off and small chat messages in the very beginning of my Stake Journey , which I improved and learnt all chat rules & then never muted or banned.

 

(6) I have been moderator on rulebraker, tricks7 and other old wapka sites in the past and I am even owner of Stake India Rain Alerts Telegram Channel !!

 

(7) Obviously, I am fully prepared mainly for night time as you can check also, that I am fully active in evening and whole night...1000% full night I can work !!

3. It is simple like aware people about chat rules, who break rules give him warning and if repeating same mistake then penalized through by mute (timing period depends on rule break sensitivity) . They enforce rules of conduct to maintain a respectful environment, addressing any inappropriate behavior or comments

4. I am passionate about helping and guiding the community.

- I have good  communication skills and experience in managing online communities.

- I have noticed an increase in scammers and rule-breakers and would like to help keep the chat safe for Indian users.

- I can actively contribute to making Stake India's chat more interactive, fair, and scam-free.

5. Yes, I have been muted several times, but now I realize my mistake & never gonna do it again &  I won’t let others do it either. 

6. Yes , I’ve moderated a Discord server for a gaming community for about half year.  It taught me how to handle disputes and keep chats lively yet respectful .

7. Yes I am ready to work in night it's easier for me, then.

Hello my name is Jenil i am from mumbai who can speak hindi and English fluently

2.i am active for  around 3-4 hours daily 

3. A job of a moderator is to oversee the chats done in the chat box and regulate them and make sure the environment of the chat is positive and safe for ither player to chat 

4. I have been looking for opportunities to work with stake and i found an opportunity which seems perfect as i can be active in chat and also moderate it and as mentioned i can fluently speak Hindi and English with more languages like Gujarati, marathi also

5. Yes i was muted once as i was unaware about the chat rule that time and was asking for tip I actually don’t remember the reason for getting muted 

6. I have been moderator on discord for like 3 years and also had my own community with 2k+ members

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? To keep things in order. Promote the purpose of chat, healthy competition, maintain order in chat room. Provide relevant information to users in chat room.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? To help users in a friendly way. I love helping people, walking them through, answer their queries. Also, I can effectively observe and bring order in chat room. If you can check logs, I keep a tab on chat room most of the day, which means I am active most of the time I am awake, that can help in maintaining order in chat room as their are many people who enjoys spamming, begging, sharing personal information on chat which leads to nuisance in chat room. 

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, only twice as far as I remember. Not for same mistakes twice.

A moderator will make sure the chat is being used responsibly. He will make sure that there is no sharing of personal information. He will try to motivate others for responsible gambling. Also helps if any user faces any technical issue.
