What's the rush? If the 72-hour deadline hasn't passed yet, they should wait. I hold the event every week and they always pay on time. Once they don't, they're already losing their minds.

True, so it's still within the lime limit. I just thought the community managers didn't work weekends, so we risked waiting til Monday. 

We'll see tomorrow by 5gmt anyway.

It is likely that there is a technical problem and it is also likely that the Stake team is working hard on the solution. This is the first such case that the payment of the winners of the promotion is delayed, I think it is a shame to be impatient, as soon as the problem is solved we will all receive our prizes.

They could have explain the situation at least, instead of ignoring

I agree, however I think it's more than reasonable to expect stake to notify about such events/delays.

I think, based on the forum posts, they have had technical problems since the update and because of them they are so overburdened that they cannot respond to everything quickly. I'm sure they will apologize for the delay once the issues are resolved.

How difficult is it to write a simple announcement here? 
 

dear stakers at the moment we have some technical issues, please be patient we will inform you about the next steps. 
 

so that simple post take 2 min. But at the end they don’t give a fuck about us. We are only good to deposit and loose on this site!

We are experiencing technical issues with the Level Up winners list, and making sure that everyone is paid out correctly is causing delay.

Yes, we are aware that 72 hours have already passed, but there is nothing we can do except to wait for the team to fix an issue. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA at the moment.
