I deposited $772 to my Stake account, but made a mistake using the wrong network (OPBNB) instead of the supported network (BSC/BEP20).

My funds are stuck in Stake's wallet, and their support team has repeatedly told me there's no way to recover the funds, even though other platforms have recovered funds in similar situations. Despite emails and live chat requests, they’ve refused to help.

To make matters worse, my Gold VIP account was restricted, and now I have no access to my funds or the account.

Stake claims they don’t support OPBNB, but By bit suggested that I could recover my funds if Stake provides proof that they can't access the blockchain.

I’m requesting blockchain proof from Stake to escalate this issue further with By bit . This situation is affecting my life deeply, and I'm reaching out to the community for help.

📩 If anyone has advice on how to recover crypto from unsupported networks, please share your knowledge.

I have already contacted Stake's live support multiple times, and they keep redirecting me to the Funds Recovery team without providing any real help. I've also emailed the Funds Recovery team, but they are refusing to recover my funds or provide blockchain proof that it's not possible. Instead of actual assistance, they just keep repeating the same scripted responses.

If you have any real solution or a way to escalate this to someone who can actually help, please let me know.

Kind regards,

They are giving me the same copy-paste responses without actually looking into my case. If live support was truly an option, my issue would have been resolved by now.

At this point, it seems like Stake is just ignoring my problem rather than trying to help. If anyone has experience recovering funds in a situation like this, please let me know."**

This response keeps the conversation open for helpful advice from others while making it clear that live support hasn’t been helpful.

Almost a year ago i had similar issue and deposited ETH on Arbitrum network by accident instead of ETH. Funds also can't be recovered because Stake won't open wallets for those networks. Sadly money lost and maybe forever or maybe until they open deposits for more networks.

Exactly the same situation with BNB and OPBNB. Stuck 170 USD. Funds Recovery department cannot help. It with me a miracle if we will get it back.
