dmahn24 Posted March 30, 2025 #1 Posted March 30, 2025 Is it normal for a delay after leveling up? I recently joined stake and hit Bronze tier on Saturday morning. My friend @marckbtold me I should receive a reward for that and I also did receive an email saying that I would be contacted by support. Is it normal for this to take a few days or even business days?
SalsaBotanera Posted March 30, 2025 #2 Posted March 30, 2025 Idk, they are very slow with the challenge rewards too. Wednesday ended the levelup challenge and thursday the ascent challenge. Neither of the rewards has been issued ever since and its not known when it eventually will happen. Normally its the same day, or the day after. Maybe this issue is related to your levelup bonus aswell?
