Level Up challenge payout

I participated in the level up challenge every week. I ask support that said 72h max delay for the payment but i don't receive the one for the week march 19th- march 25th...

Anyone have more infos about when will be the payment of the prize?

We have a small technical issue with the winners lists and we are aware that 72 hours have already passed, but there is nothing we can do to speed up the whole process.

The team in charge is already working on fixing the issue in question, we will proceed with the payout as soon as possible

a little advice from me. if the list of winners is gone why not ask each user to post their betting id. because we still keep each betting id.

I think there are people who do not have a saved bet id

OK, but why not warn people then? Maybe you did it and I didn't see it, but I follow the news via email and telegram. The least you could have done would have been to warn us and not have to ask here and there why we haven't been paid yet despite the announced deadline.
