Cant claim forum Coupons

Hey @AleksandarG I cant claim my forum coupons of royal club of originals and slot forum giveaway .. Can you please resolve this issue?

The email only says that it is for codes related to Telegram and X, not for the forum challenges. If so, please notify it correctly. This way you avoid wasting time

I contacted support and they didn't even know why I'm not eligible. Please train your staff to copy and paste, as they only know how to leave the same message over and over again.

It clearly says Telegram and X @MladenS

I checked it so many times.. Any mail regarding promotions is not there.. Can you provide me with more info?

For me the same happen today i cant claim.
I was enjoying these challenges every week playing them with my girlfriend and now the support tells me i am not eligible anymore. I did all correct even did the level 2 verification. 
Is it if you win too many challenges they dont let you participate anymore?  This week i deposit just for the challenges loose money was so haapy i achieved them and kept the winning bet ids and counted on getting some money back from the prize pool. 😐 But no information at all why not eligible anymore, how do i know if i e eligible for next weeks challenge? I just play and loose money and if the challenge are done no prize money?

@NatasaC Unfortunately i did not get any email, the last email i got was 23 march for post monthly bonus. Can you tell me if its for 7 days or forever not eligible.
The support just tells me this:
"Sadly our teams decision was that you are not eligible for these forum challenges.
Unfortunately we don't have the insight in the reasoning behind this and we don't have any additional information on that matter.
Hopefully you will be eligible for some of our upcoming bonuses and promotions."

They need to be more clear with their emails because it doesn't say anywhere that you're banned from forum challenges... only from Telegram and X codes. I don't know if I can participate in their Telegram challenges too...
