One tradition that’s unique to my family’s Easter celebration is our ‘Golden Egg Hunt.’ Besides the regular egg hunt for the kids, we hide one golden egg with a special surprise inside—sometimes it’s money, sometimes a silly coupon like ‘get out of doing dishes for a week.’ It turns into a fun, competitive event that even the adults get way too into. My uncle once dove into a bush to beat my cousin to it. It’s silly, but it’s become our thing every year
