I would choose the mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland

Ooo..E. Aster Bunnymund ( from Rise of the Guardians). He’s tough and sassy with an Aussie acccent. He’d probably show up with some cool funky eggs.

Answer:Β I’d summon Gandalf the Grey πŸ§™β€β™‚οΈ to feast beneath a canopy of enchanted lanterns hanging from blossoming boughs. Our legendary menu: Honey‑rosemary lamb roasted on an elven blade, draped in fragrant smoke. Hot cross buns glazed with morning starlight. Minty pea soup stirred with a mithril spoon. Buttered soda bread fresh from the mirrors of LothlΓ³rien. Elderflower cordial distilled by the Entwives. Lemon‑rosewater macarons kissed by dragonfire embers. As Gandalf imparts tales of ancient courage, we’d raise a goblet to the dawning of epic new beginnings.

I would invite Aslan, the lion from The Chronicles of Narnia. He's such a powerful and meaningful figure, especially with all the symbolism of death and resurrection he represents. It would be amazing to hear his wisdom at an Easter dinner.
