Hey! From my experience, it usually depends on the platform. Most sites calculate the monthly based on the last 30 days of wagering, not from the last payout you received. But it’s always best to check the terms or ask support to be 100% sure.

Hi, not sure if you didn’t read my concern or you don’t understand my concern. Stake moderator @tamarapr clarify in this post that all wager will be counted even if monthly take more than 30days. All screenshot of stats is provided.
