Kargai Posted September 22, 2018 #1 Posted September 22, 2018 Recently Elon Musk (the well known tech entrepreneur who co-founded Paypal and is currently running Tesla and SpaceX among others) saw his name used by a scammy account on Twitter. That account was asking people to send some ETH to 10x them quickly and send it back, which was never happening of course. But Elon Musk is not the type of guy who like to be bthered by those kind of things and don't wznt people being misleaded byt a scammer who is using his reputation to make money, so he started to dig a little and found that the same thing happened to Jackson Palmer who is ... the co-creator of the crypto Dogecoin. Palmer had the same experience with a scam account using his name on Twitter and he developped a script to avoid the same problem happening again. Both discussed on phone few minutes and they reach Twitter for them to apply directly the same type of script and deal with this global problem directly at the source.
