Sports bets live Cashout problem

Sports Cashout button doesn't work properly, often very late in updating the real time cashout amount available to withdraw during live match. For example, when odds are in favour when clicked on 10 usd cashout it gives 10 not exceeds the amount but when odds goes in opposite it do not allow cashout or deduct the amount from shown amount during cashout. Also when you place bets on some instant games live nba2k or ecricket the cashout option never works in favour of better. This needs to be fixed . I am sure 100s if your players facing this problem. Hoping for reply.
