Reached Silver 2 days ago

I reached silver level 2 days ago and yet to be contacted by any vip manager for level up bonus. No mail nothing.

i have mailed over 10 times still not even a single response this is a so wrong behaviour from stake not expected. 
I needed to fill my fees with help of that silver level bonus and no vip manager contacted me it’s been more than 40 hours
