My account got banned without any reason and update

Why my account got banned without any reason or any update iam not able to bet in the account it's showing contact to customer support but support doesn't reply me after I sending lots of mail to them . I just got silver vip 7 days ago nd they did not give me my level up bonus after 2-3 days my account banned and I have 175$ In the account which I cannot withdraw it keep saying contact to customer support. But but support is not responding to my mails stake is now scamming me by holding my balance in my account which I unable to withdraw Please give me the solution
