not sure this is happened to anyone else or it is just me. but i just see them yesterday when i try to post more in the forum (i check my forum status and it's still a "0 warning points. No restrictions being applied" and i still have a positive COMMUNITY REPUTATION (sorry for cap, i copy it as is) with the only 8 post/replies that day.

so my question is: what's this for? i feel limit the interaction of user on the board would bring more harm than good to the site (especially when there's no prior notice, and there's still a limited time giveaway which NEED me to post reply on the forum to join). sorry if i'm mistaken but if this is a limit for abuse pay per post or prevent spam i think you did it a wrong way (would be better if you just allowed to post, but the post/reply doesn't count for pay per post nor add to your total reply/comment after certain number per day)

I think it is done for two reasons:

1. To limit spam (and prevent people abusing the pay per post system).

2. To act as an incentive for players to work their way up in the ranks to be able to post more:

This link above explains the post limits per day.

You will be happy to know that you can make 30 posts per day now, since you are a member :)

enjoy :)

William over here basically just explained everything. It's just to prevent spam, bots etc. The higher on post count you get, the more posts you can make in a day. Good luck.
