Lost around 9k in Ltc amd no lossback

Hi guys, so I had a rough Sunday session where I was depositing after depositing (worst thing ever) eventually losing around 9k of Lite coin deposits in a row. Wager around 200k and when I asked my newly changed Vip host he had nothing for me. 
 

Not sure if it’s because they changed my main host the day before or cause he gave me 20$ the previous one.

Maybe u withdraw some winnings before. If so these losses don't count as "real" losses
