weekly forum winners

hello all.

 

I've been watching the weekly stream for a bit now, but I'm not sure on how to get entered into the raffle/comment on the post each week.

Is there anything specific that i need to do? because its always open when I'm watching but can never comment on it?

sorry if i sound dumb, and i know ill never get picked, but you never know!
