Host need better etiquette

Some hosts need better etiquette. All players and hosts deserve respect. However, certain hosts emotionally disregard users, ignore messages despite reading them, delay VIP reload resets for over two days, and waste time with multiple verification steps without explanation. My ex host, Marta, requires investigation and should be dismissed. Such hosts harm players and negatively impact the platform.
