I have recently been placed under an “Indefinite Self Exclusion” and my account status now shows as “Banking Disabled” without any clear explanation. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds. Additionally, my Level 2 verification has been under review for the past four days with no progress. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide me with an update at your earliest convenience, as this issue is causing significant inconvenience. @AleksandarG @DanijelM
