Sportbook ipl promo & Not eligible to join

In past 1 month stake made me not eligible to join sports promo 3 4 times.  

Live chat not telling reason also even i not broke any rules or T&C . Just using 1 acc from years and only won few matches still !!

 

It's happening with anyone here ? 

@mod I think it's system glitch or tell reason why making users not eligible?

I think it is only for Indian accounts.

I'm facing the same error. My account is marked as ineligible for sports promos despite following all the rules. Support won't explain why either. Very frustrating!

I didn't even get the bonus which I was supposed to get for the last match and lost 25$ because of that
