Pechorin777 Posted January 29, 2019 #27 Posted January 29, 2019 Do not demonize martingale. Without martingale, playing blackjack is meaningless. It will be impossible to win. Need a sense of proportion and ability to stop the game in time.
FotisNt Posted January 29, 2019 #28 Posted January 29, 2019 Well, I guess not while there can be a possibility that you can get many continuously losses. It also depends on your balance, the bigger it is, the more are the chances that u get to make some profits, but I actually doubt that aswel. However, once you got a high balancr you can try the strategy I'm using so far which is: on loss + 101%, on win reset, base bet 10 bitcoin's satoshi, multiplier on 2x. Usually I'm getting some balance to bet once I wake up while it autobetting overnight. Then I'm chasing a higher multiplier such as 10x-20x. I've made some profits so far but lost some either. To sum up, I don't really recommend you using martingale on blackjack but a +250% on loss by chasing a multiplier such as 1.45x. Sorry for anyone who did this anyway, I've been hating martingale while something like that happened to me but with a lower amount such as -6 ltc.

No, they are not mine - they were bets of an anonymous highroller. I just posted it to illustrate that martingale does not always work
Kate Posted February 4, 2019 #30 Posted February 4, 2019 Well in my opinion , No martingale isn't the way to go reverse martingale is the way to go with in Blackjack. Also strategies don't always work but still. Reverse martingale is decreasing the bet amount after every win or loss ( it's up-to you ) and when you reach the final 0 just check stats on how much profit you got and deposit that to vault and try again the remaining balance

Well, as I know, Martingaleis a gambling strategy of continually doubling the stakes in the hope of an eventual win that must yield into some profits. However, I would never recommend you using Martingale here, unless you got a huge balance and you're looking for some low profits.
meggiemegs Posted February 7, 2019 #34 Posted February 7, 2019 Maybe if you start with a nice low bet but it would probably be really boring and tedious lol.
Himiko Posted February 7, 2019 #35 Posted February 7, 2019 I tried to apply the Martingale strategy to the game of blackjack. It does not work. three bets winnings, after that busted. (May be it only i have)
1Berserker Posted February 13, 2019 #36 Posted February 13, 2019 I do not recommend that you play like this, just try saying it and you will see how many losses you can give them :P.
Sefan Posted March 16, 2019 #39 Posted March 16, 2019 If you have the capital then it might be worth it, but honestly i think that blackjack is the least profitable game on stake

Hope it's all clear Martingale does not belong with blackjack xD, or is that how you play blackjack? i only use Martingale when i play dice or keno
KiXxnTRiXx Posted March 25, 2019 #42 Posted March 25, 2019 black jack sooks! u can martingale it, but watch out for the troll streak.. it gets nasty
martianarmy Posted March 25, 2019 #43 Posted March 25, 2019 Damn it man, Don't even say that name. It frightens me.
nuuuitsjdragon Posted March 25, 2019 #44 Posted March 25, 2019 On 9/26/2018 at 5:19 PM, lolipant said: the reason why martingale is bad for blackjack is: martingale need you to constant double the bet amount until you busted, while when playing blackjack you won't be able to do that due to split and double (which is the same as double your base bet to your favor) which you need to use in optimal play (there's insurance too but in normal case you shouldn't take insurance so it isn't the problem) example: you have 15 chip which if you martingale normally the bet would be 1 > 2 > 4 > 8 > busted but with blackjack when you play and found a good hand to split/double like AA to dealer 6 (which you want to split) it would screw your bigger plan (martingale) if you lose: for example 1 > 2 > 4 then you split it will be 1 > 2 > 8 > 4 which even if you win with 4 you can't recover all previous bet which is martingale basis believe me because i busted in martingale blackjack more than twice it's ok to limit martingale to like 1/4 of your total balance max tho, that way you can recover easily (rather than risk all the balance) This guy is making sense. Good tips and explanation though I always understood it but not in a way as well as you since you’re able to ELI5. Any more tips on BlackJack other than 1/4 balance max? 😋

pfodo Posted May 1, 2019 #46 Posted May 1, 2019 Martingale busted my BTC balance today by playing Blackjack, so i don't recommend to use it in long run. But I am considering this opinion as very meaningful: On 1/29/2019 at 1:16 AM, Pechorin777 said: Do not demonize martingale. Without martingale, playing blackjack is meaningless.
