I recently received only a $15 bonus even though I’m currently on Platinum Level 5 (Username: MrRahulManhas). I was expecting something more aligned with the level and my activity. Also, my birthday bonus was much lower than expected.

 

Could someone please clarify how these bonuses are calculated? I’ve been quite active and loyal to the platform, so I was hoping for a better reward experiee.

It makes sense to have that requirement, though. It is to ensure that people won't just make multiple accounts and abuse the system.
