Low Bonus Received – Platinum Level 5 & Birthday Bonus Concerns

I recently received only a $15 bonus even though I’m currently on Platinum Level 5 (Username: MrRahulManhas). I was expecting something more aligned with the level and my activity. Also, my birthday bonus was much lower than expected.

 

Could someone please clarify how these bonuses are calculated? I’ve been quite active and loyal to the platform, so I was hoping for a better reward experience.
