Having an exchange page and asking for a loan ,, FISHY

Am i jumping the gun here so the said person @DarkBlood069 has an exchange page but he comes in my pm and is asking for a LOAN this doesnt go down well with me as you have just started an exchange page and you dont have funds to keep this going ,,,i am not trying to discredit you but to me this is unexceptable as a person offering to exchange for people ...and to say you are an trusted member of stake is beyond me ..

its up to the loaner if he or she loans simple luv... but that wasnt the point i was trying to put across.xx

Ok now u going to open a can of worms i said in the post i wasnt trying to discredit you .. you have actually done that by yourself now,, it was a simple post and you should be able to reply why and how u need a loan when u have a exchange page on forum....which again for me that sounds FISHY..

Lending is not allowed anymore. However, who can stop you from doing some deals with other users. The point is, users will no longer be banned for defaulting a loan. 

 

Do not trust anyone when it comes to money and gambling.
