Support to the Player's with consistent losses back to back

Hey, in my opinion it would be really cool if you can send out bonuses to the players that loose consistently and are overall down a significant amount on the account. They don't have to be big. It can just help the player out no matter if its big or small and make it seem like you care about your higher ranked player's that started with depositing and wagering large amounts to them having to slow down their game play because of consistent loses and not receiving as much support from you guys anymore.

Yeah, that would be cool. Increase the bonus amount depending on the number of losses, give the ladder more often

they already did it. just check your email. Stake actually focus really closely on this in my opinion. Every time when I lost, tthere usually some kind of bonus in email the next day. and im not someone who bet much.

I'm bronze (Im high Vip in other platform but I dont know if it is relevant). Check your setting. Chose to receive mail promotion and notification. last week one day I lost 250$ and I got 2 bonuses in the day after with a 5$ package and 25$ package. 

maybe your account is on the profit zone overall after 2 years so you doesnt have this kind of bonuses, Some kind of bonus only users on the lost zone in total could receive i guess,

Actually, the Stake team has provided support for all its users. As we know, stake has weekly and monthly bonuses. And many other bonuses.

Okay, let's focus on weekly and monthly bonuses, Stake provides bonuses to its users. all users, but remember that, this bonus depends on how much you play, experience defeat, how high your rank (vip) is.

From what I said above, what do you expect from this topic. it seems that the stake team has done it.
