1 or 2 accounts per IP adress

recently i have been seeing lots of spamming alt accounts and i think the reason for it is it is very easy to create new accounts with the same IP address.

How about limiting it to two per IP address so that a certain someone can make an account for himself and an alt bank if he wants. (at least while there is no vault system yet)

most sites do this to avoid having multiple accounts for some persons i don't really know why they are not implementing it here in forums and stake itself although im pretty sure this thought crossed their minds already.

so yeah as a newbie i might not know stuffs so please let me know what you think thanks!

I agree bro, this is worrisome and could hurt our site.

Good day! :)

It is NOT allowed to have multiple forum accounts and this is clearly stated in the Forum Rules (rule no. 5):

As for the website itself, you can have multiple accounts but in the sense that you can use one as a main and the other as a bank account. Beware that using both accounts in the public chat will get you muted.

Should you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Have a lovely day! :)

question - can i have more than 2 casino account to try different strategy?

for example, i'm using one account as a bank, then use 10 other as a play account, to try 10 different strategy at the same time. only one account would participate in chat of course

btw the faucet limit (20 times) is per ip (not per account) right?

As far as I know, you are only allowed one account on the forum. You can have more than one account on Stake, but you may not use your alt accounts to chat or participate in any giveaways that Stake offers. A lot of people use their alt accounts to store their extra funds, and make withdrawals from that account :)

@lolipant You can as long as you are not abusing our system in any way (faucet farming, entering giveaways from multiple accounts, and so on) and as long as you are not using multiple accounts for chatting.

As for the faucet, the daily limit is per IP, not per account.

I am aware of these rules, but I'm suggesting to limit it to 2 accounts per IP address completely so that people cannot spam so much with many alt accounts, which helps admins too since that means lesser work for them and you guys since lesser messages to you guys complaining on alts. I'm sorry I'm just too fed up with "aliens" appearing in our channel too much to receive rains.

That wouldn't be really practical since there are users who forget their password (or don't even set one) or lose 2fa, for example, and then simply create a new account.

Furthermore, there are those who feel that creating and playing on brand new accounts will bring them more luck, so we shouldn't forbid them to do that. :)
