Mazda3 Posted September 28, 2018 #1 Posted September 28, 2018 Circle Internet Financial Ltd. launches a digital token provided by the US dollar, called "USD Coin". A consortium called "Center", which, among others, includes Bitmain Technologies Ltd., will act as a platform for deposits and converting a new stebblecoin into the currency of the currency. Bloomberg notes that although Center is a "subsidiary of Circle", in the long term it can become a completely independent organization. USD Coin from the start will be available on a number of crypto-exchange exchanges including: Poloniex Circle, Huobi, OKCoin, KuCoin and Coinbase. A new stablock is going to support more than 20 companies, other companies will also be able to join the work with a new coin thanks to the open standard ERC-20. Center will act as a regulator for the issuers of USDC, ensuring that each of them has a state license for the work and release of electronic money, and that the activities of all companies comply with AML standards and they have reliable banking partners to store their dollar reserves. In addition, Center reserves the right to authorize certified auditors to assess the USDC reserves of all partners on a monthly basis. Circle underscores that the USDC is the first of the stablcoins that the Center is going to present. The company believes that the phyto-tokens will help "in overcoming artificial economic boundaries and contribute to the creation of a more efficient and comprehensive global market, to which every person on the planet is a party." Circle CEO Jeremy Aller told Bloomberg that the USDC is strikingly different from Tether, the most famous stebblecoin: Market infrastructure, such as stablykoyiny, will be the base level for financial applications. They must be legitimate, trustworthy, based on open standards. We solve many of these fundamental problems. This is a huge difference compared to Tether, and we think that the market will appreciate it very quickly.
