Okay so i sent a pdf from the bank but i got this for answer :

Kindly note that the document you've sent for level 3 KYC shouldn't be scanned, as our team doesn't accept scans and screenshots of documents, please make sure to take a photo of the original document or upload the document in PDF format.



Today i went to the bank got it in papper. I took a picture and upploaded it and i got this answer: You sent a bank reference letter which is a photocopy of the original. Please provide another document. 

Like whatever i uppload always something. Ive upploaded atleast 200 documents atleast for the past 3 weeks. All gets rejected. Tax letters orignial pdfs. And many more things. Like this to me is crazy. I have done exactly what they are saying but still getting rejected. How is this possible? Please help me

so they said they dont accept photographed pictures. So i upploaded it what the bank sent to me.


And now they are changing again.

@NatasaC like im still not verified? like whats going on i have a video tape of me opening the bank reference letter from the post/mail.They think its photoshopped , but i have proof its not. Like all document i send in they say is suspecios. Wtf is this. Like someone has to be able to help? live support are just saying same thing.  ive sent in about 300 document last 5 weeks or so. @MladenS

bro best way is to contacting the live support agent.. he/she will clear your problem .. this problem happened to me also.. to connect to an agent only way is to clicking on bet settlement option where you enter your betid later a agent will connect and verify your bet id and further assist with you .. then you explain your problem to them & they can tell you a way to solve your problem
