How to gamble responsibly

Think of gambling as entertainment, not a way to make money.

Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

Set a spending limit in advance.

Set a time limit in advance.

Don't drink or use drugs when gambling.

Take a break.

Don't gamble when you're depressed or upset.

i found a good way to set a limit is make use of a bank account

everyday you tip a certain amount from bank to main account, and set a goal (it should be reallistic goal that possible to reached every day tho, no more than 5-10x of the amount sent is recommend, myself set it to only 2/3 of it). if reached the goal or busted the balance, stop or send the money back to the bank.

then just play with faucet/chat or forum.

you may keep any extra that's exceed the goal to play, but it should really be an extra from initial aim, not something you bet after that

one time i busted because i didn't followed that (too lazy to tip myself so i play with bank account and lose all the balance). never again lol

I like the idea of this, but you would need to really think this through, because you will pay fees every transaction if you dont have 2 separate accounts!

that's why i have two separate accounts (and this is allowed + supported by stake, it was said many times)

Before you play just make a limit if you were reach the limit the you have then stop playing. Try another day

Set a limit for the amount that you are going to bet. Lose it, that's all. Don't deposit anymore than your budget,Insert other media or else it all just ends up to rage betting

For me, I only allow myself to wager a percentage of my balance. This way, I don't allow myself to lose a lot, and if I win, well, that's just my lucky day

Well for me I treat gambling as an entertainment and one way to earn money. Just find a good site and legit to start playing. I only gamble when I am bored and feeling lucky.

I have addiction at gambling, especially HI-LOW and dice games. Sometimes i can earn tenfold of my balance, then i play again and again. So finally i lost all my earning? How about you manage your asset at Stake for avoiding busted?

Lol hmm. No not really, I do not think at the very basic level I am actually able to fully control myself once the gaming session has started especially Hi-Lo as I tend to lose myself into the flow and before I know it I usually bust a good winning streak.

Everytime you got profits, send the half to vault. So when you busted, you still have some balance and not completely busted.

i dont do that. i plat like an idiot honestly. for me to stop it must be a substantial ammount. a few mil sats just wont feed my hunger for the amounts i want. i like stopping at .1 btc anything before that i just keep on droppin them plinko pucks

It's very important a emocional control and goals, work to earn such value every day and stop, do it day after day and take good profits

All of the gamble responsibility should be burden to every person who already acknowledge that gambling is about win and lose. If you don't want to lose it, then don't gamble it.  Gamble and play it only if you have a spare money to play with. Don't force yourself to bet it if you really desperate on money. If you want play smart, try to control your emotion first. If you can conquer that greedy emotion, you will have some profit, or even doesn't lose anything (like you balance back to your original deposit money). 

It was hard to do. Even myself still bring emotion to my gambling, and ended by a bust.

We all have that addiction. Some people will send their balance to their vault if they winning, or you can use some bank account with 2FA. That strategy can make you think twice to gamble those. You can try those suggestion.
