Put on Self Exclusion by Host for asking for a Lossback?!? $215 Daily

I just reached platinum VI. I asked my host for a lossback or if I had any bonuses available. He said no, I jokingly said Man I'm going broke. (Talking about my luck not being that good lately and referring to my gaming funds). My host then puts me on a self-exclusion for a week! Which now I cannot claim my $215 Daily Reloads! I've tried to explain what I meant, but no one will listen. So now I'm out of a $1000 for no reason at all. Anyone know of anyone with Stake.US I can contact?
