VIP Puts me on Break in Play for asking for Lossback! Lost Daily $212

I just reached platinum VI. I asked my host for a lossback or if I had any bonuses available. He said no, I jokingly said Man I'm going broke. (Talking about my luck not being that good lately and referring to my gaming funds). My host then puts me on a self-exclusion for a week! Which now I cannot claim my $215 Daily Reloads! I've tried to explain what I meant, but no one will listen. So now I'm out of a $1000 for no reason at all. Anyone know of anyone with Stake.US I can contact? I've tried everything. Now my weekly will be affected. I also had just hit a big win of $25,000 on a slot. So he knows I'm "not broke". Can't get anyone to help me on this. @Eddie

you going broke means you cant put more money and they just prey on big money guys so you no longer their need now just quit gambling
