Zulu189 Posted April 18, 2025 #1 Posted April 18, 2025 @AleksandarG I should have received the Lucky Prize for the slot 3 Aztec Temples for last week. I've contacted support, but they say I need to provide a bet ID, even though the leaderboard clearly shows I have the highest multiplier for that slot. Obviously, I didn't save the bet ID since it's showing on the slot's main page and that bet was over 4 days ago. Can you please help out fixing the mistake?

Since you won the Lucky Win from Eddie's Choice, you are not eligible for rewards from the other nine games in this promotion. As stated in the Terms and Conditions: "The winner/s of the Eddie's Choice game will only be awarded the dedicated Eddie's Choice prizes for that week, not in conjunction with the standard Lucky & Big Win prize for the other nine games."
