Are posts like this allowed?

Hey guys! 

I have been seeing so many posts like this one recently (see the screenshot below). Are these types of posts allowed? I have been reporting them, becuase some of them are literally 4 words, which is (in my opinion) just spam for the forum. Can some mods/admins advise if I should keep reporting these posts or if they are allowed?

Needless to say, they are mostly posted by noobs to get 10 posts to enter the weekly challenges. What do you guys think, should this be allowed, or should these meanless, 4 worded posts be removed?
