I am a winner, but I will not receive the prize. Please name the day that I received the coins and even the exact time. The further I go, the more disappointed I get in the stake. We will not know anything about support if you do not name the exact time when you received the notification that you received the coin. This is a weekly game. I highly suggest you reach out to the provider (pragmatic) in this case as this is out of Stakes control and nothing that can be manually paid out by the Stake support/staff without pragmatics approval. This doesnt seem to be a collab promo either with stake individually, so id highly suggest you reach out via the support page on pragmatics own website for missing prize money from their promo.
