Decrease Moderators workload easily

Hi there, I have been doing some observing in chat and I’ve noticed that there have been a vast amount of new accounts that will be created for just rain farming, these players will create an account wager with $35 and get the $3,500 wager required for rain farm that account until rain banned and then rinse and repeat and accounts sometimes are never to be seen again, sometimes they will pop up a few weeks later just to disappear. After another few days. Funny how these players get 3,500 for wager but remain non VIP for months.

By simply requiring that you are at least bronze VIP to receive rains (maybe silver) we could cut back on the creation of new accounts that will never be seen again.

 

Secondly, there have been instances where moderators will mute 100+ accounts in 1 single day for either A. Chat jumping or B. Not verified with correct documents to chat in that particular room. Currently the same job is being done twice and what I mean by that is when accounts are created and they pass level 2 verification they will then head over to a chat room and begin chatting, moderators will then notice this new account and then they have to communicate with someone in order to verify that their documents correlate with the chat room that they are in.. however this second step could be completely eliminated by one simple change.

Upon the creation of your account and you pass level 2 verification.  After you’ve been verified you then will receive a 1 time use unique code that is account specific that will give you access to the corresponding chat room that you are verified in. 

For example you create accounts. Submit identification, it then gets reviewed. Reviewer says okay everything here is fine. They are verified with a Russian ID, let me generate a code for this account to gain access to Russian room. You then will receive a message from a support member with a code 419419 enter that code whenever you click on the Russian chat and boom you now know that everyone in the chat is verified and don’t have to do secondary checks..
