papabhaiya Posted April 23, 2025 #1 Posted April 23, 2025 (edited) Dear Team/Moderator Upon speaking to live support on the stake website, I was informed that my account is ineligible because "promotions are available to players who act in good faith". However, this explanation is quite vague, and I am unable to understand the specific reason behind this decision. I kindly request further clarification on what led to this status, and how I can address or rectify any concerns to be considered a "player who acts in good faith". Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support. P.S. Stake replied to my email by saying "We have discontinued Email support and have moved to our live support solution located on the Stake website", and live support says, "We're truly sorry, but we can't assist you with this".
