Why the timeline of this promotion to end keeps increasing.

I initially noticed this promo when it was suppose to end 2 weeks ago then it changed to a week ago not it says will end in 7 days more. Why are you guys just increasing the time? Thats not fair for the ones who are risking their balance to win a promo.
