anyone has cashout issues?

I have a problem with cashouts, basically its almost impossible to cashout a tennis bet and its the same with cs2 bets, I dont know about other sports because I bet only these two. The problem is that cashout amount in "My bets" is updated with a huge delay for some reason, like 30-60 seconds, and it is only possible to cashout in case if odds in game didn't change for 1-2 minutes. 99% of the time I get instant cashout error when I try to cashout a bet, and I'm sure the market was 100% active when I attempted to cashout. Its been a constant problem for me for last several weeks or even months. Also I tried different browsers, from PC and mobile, the problem exists on each of my devices.
