Dice "amount to small" changing after a day?

So I was big multi chasing with 0.00004 USDC but after a day now the smallest bet became 0.00005 USDC. 

And today is 0.00008 USDC

Does stake changes your minimum bet if you are winning?

Hello,

When they change the minimum bet amount for betting, it changes for everyone and for all currencies. It has nothing to do with your profit/loss.
