I won the bet but it says lost.

Today in the game of COPA DEL REY Finals, I placed a bet in 1x2 on Barcelona. Barcelona won but I still lost the bet. I am not able to understand what’s the reason for it because there is no highest primary winning bets apart from the 1x2, what am I supposed to do?

Hello,

Your bet has been lost because the first 90 minutes ended 2-2 (draw). A goal scored in extra time (2x 15 minutes) does not count in the 1x2 market. You should have bet on the "Who will win the final" market.
